Keep Your Promises

June 22nd, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Katheryn Hoban This is a very simple statement, yet not so easy to doKeep your promises. I try to conduct my life in this manner. If you tell someone that you will do something for them, you cant turn around at the last minute and say, I didnt do it because it wasnt convenient. Keeping your promises is also a way to live your life with integrity. Thats why its important to be aware of your choice of words, and to live consciously. There were many time that I was not able to keep my promise for example of repaying some money to a friend or colleague, somewhere in the back of my mind I had always intended to repay the debt even if it was years in the future. But that is not a very good way of living. If you consistently live like this you will lose respect and friends. I know I have lost friends because I was not true to my word. It is heartbreaking for both sides. Especially with children you need to keep your promises. I get so disturbed when I hear parents trying to sooth a childs temper and the parent says I promise Later when the child remind the parent or guardian, it becomes clear that the parent had no real thought to keep the promise. The words were just said to placate the child. The parent, as I remember, thought that his or her child would just forget all about what was promised. But children have a great memory. Especially when they hear the words I PROMISE. Those words sound stronger than any other words in the English language to a child. We have been taught that those words have power and magic. However I will tell you and other survivors of incest or sexual molestation will also tell you that those words were used by an adult to manipulate and control us as young victims. YOU MUST PROMISENEVER TO TELL YOU MUST PROMISETHIS WILL BE OUR LITTLE SECRET. If I had never heard those words I probably would have been able to expose my own abuse earlier. Every little child who suffered abuse over and over again, with that constraint of PROMISE, can relate to the power of those words. I try never to say PROMISE to any child or adolescent unless I have 100 percent certainty that I can keep it. Children are just too gentle and vulnerable to me, and I remember when someone older did not keep that promise to me. I remember the devastation, the hurt, grief and frustration I felt in that moment. I also remember being manipulated by those words. In your business and life then, make every intention of keeping your promises. Teach you children that if they ever find themselves in a vulnerable position, or someone wants them to promise, something which feels repressive, restrictive, or manipulative, they dont have to keep any promise that is coerced or forced. Its probable not true what they are being asked to do, or say anyway. Yet abusers will extract control over you or your children if you or your children are manipulated into that promise. Teach your child that it doesnt matter if someone says they can hurt you or them and they cant force you to do something bad. Tell the child that youre stronger than what another might say and that you will keep them safe. Tell them whatever they need or want to tell you, that you will listen to them with an open mind. And finally keep your promises!! Yoga Kat–aka Katheryn Hoban is a yoga teacher with twelve years experience. She teaches children’s yoga ages 3-6, and 7-12 and Adults privately in NJ. In Search Of the Perfect Wedding Ring

June 19th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Moses Wright For many young couples, the lack of experience will make it very difficult for them to choose and buy the perfect wedding rings, this lack of experience will usually leave them clueless and more often than not helpless too. Putting price aside, there are many things to note when you buy your wedding ring set, you want to make sure you have a fairly good understanding of what you are getting before you committed yourself to a pair of expensive jewelry and something that you would have to wear everyday. Choosing the right wedding ring can be fun and easy if you know what you are looking for. Here are a few important points to note before you start shopping for your wedding rings. It is advisable to start shopping for a wedding ring six to twelve months in advance. This is because you want to have ample time to compare and not rush into making any quick decisions. It is also to make sure that your wedding rings will reach you on time should you make any changes to the ring size or make any special design alternations. Understand that any decisions make in a panicky situation would not usually be the best one. Dont stress yourself at the last minute, give yourself more time. It is important to know what type of ring material you want before you start to shop. Research the pros and cons of each material, including the price, and then compare it against your budget. The different type of material would affect the cost of the ring to a large extent, so it is important that you choose a material suitable for your lifestyles. Some of the common materials used are silver, gold, white gold, titanium and platinum. The cost of these materials not only varied greatly, they also have different feel, look, durability and are capable of having different type of finishing. You can use the internet to research on the different material qualities and prices in depth before deciding on one. It is recommended to shop at a trusted jewelry store that has been in business for a number of years and is known for its good reputation. It is essential that the shop makes you feel good because you are ultimately a newbie at wedding rings, trusting the jeweler, and subsequently the advice and jewelry they offer is very important. Your wedding rings symbolize and represent an endless circle of love. That ring of symbolism will stay with you for a very long time, even ill death. Do not shortchange yourself with a bad decision that will stay with you possibly for life. Take your time and make sure you make the best decision. Green Tea, Weight Loss and More!

June 15th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Sylvia Riley Green tea is has become a daily favorite of mine in view of its awesome health virtues. Funny how something tastes better the healthier you think it is for you! So, what are the remarkable benefits of this auspicious drink? Green tea has been found to promote weight loss, reduce the risk of heart attack, prevent against cancer, protect your teeth and gums and offer relief for arthritis. Not bad for a leaf! These traits are due to a super concentration of antioxidants called catechins known for their outstanding health traits. Weight Loss Enhancement Green tea can actually promote weight loss which makes it a very friendly cuppa if shedding pounds is the objective, and a great ally in any healthy weight loss regime. A study led by Dr. Dulloo at the University of Geneva, published in the December 1999 issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, found that men given a combination of both caffeine and green tea extract burned more calories than those given caffeine or placebo alone. Results found that the men taking green tea extract had a significant increase in their measured energy expenditure (the number of calories used in a 24 hour period) and significant decrease in their respiration quotient (how well the body utilized carbohydrates, proteins and fats over a 24 hour period) over those taking just caffeine or placebo. The men taking green tea extract also used more fat calories than the placebo group. The scientists believed that the catechin flavonoids in the green tea extract (potent antioxidants) may alter the body’s use of norepinephrine, a chemical transmitter in the nervous system, to increase the rate of calorie burning. They concluded, Green tea has thermogenic properties and promotes fat oxidation beyond that explained by its caffeine content per se. The green tea extract may play a role in the control of body composition via sympathetic activation of thermogenesis, fat oxidation, or both. Pro Heart The cholesterol-lowering effects of green tea and black tea have been confirmed in countless studies. The French Paradox, namely the French high fat diet with comparably low rates of heart disease, is believed to be due to the flavonoid resveratrol found in wine. In 1997, researchers from the University of Kansas found catachin EGCG in green tea to be twice as powerful as resveratrol, which may explain why heart disease rates among Japanese men is quite low despite around 75 per cent of them being smokers. In one 25 year study (the Zutphen Elderly Study; Hertog, M., et al., 1993), those that drank more than 8.5 ounces of tea per day had a much lower risk of experiencing or dying from heart attacks than those drinking less tea. Test tube studies have also found that green tea decreases the clumping of blood cells, reducing the risk of clotting associated with heart attacks and strokes. Cancer Protective Human and animal studies suggest green tea may be preventive against a variety of cancers including bladder, colon, esophageal, breast, pancreas, rectum, and stomach. In 1994 the Journal of the National Cancer Institute published a study that indicated drinking green tea reduced the risk of esophageal cancer in Chinese men and women by nearly sixty percent! Aid For Arthritis The anti-inflammatory action of green tea, due to its flavonoid content, has shown promise for arthritis relief. Research by scientists at Case Western University (Haqqi et al., 1999), suggests that green tea antioxidants serve to postpone the onset and decrease the severity of one type of arthritis in mice. Tea for your Teeth Green tea is touted for oral health by asian practitioners and recent scientific research supports this use. Studies in animals and humans have shown how green tea can effectively combat the bacteria that causes cavities in teeth. Green tea also contains fluoride that is protective for teeth. Green tea is a fantastic health ally and a refreshing and cleansing drink. If purchased loose a few leaves can be added to other herbal teas for variety. Untold Secrets of Sciatica Alternative Remedies

June 7th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Korie Jacobs Sciatica Alternative Remedies Many of the sciatica alternative remedies can be just as effective as conventional ones. In many cases, sciatica alternative remedies have less side effects and less toxicity to the body as well be much less invasive. Some of these treatments date back hundreds of years while others have been developed with modern technology and knowledge. Using alternative methods to treat sciatica can bring about relief from pain, lessen the stress associated with the condition, and in some cases speed the healing process. Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, the art of using thin needles at specific points for healing, has long been used for various maladies. A practitioner will insert fine needles along the points of meridians, paths which allow the flow of energy, to disperse any blockages. To treat sciatica, the use of heat and herbs may be used along with the acupuncture needles. Acupressure, another Chinese method used to treat sciatica, uses the same meridians or acupoints as acupuncture. Instead of using needles, pressure from the fingers and elbows is applied to bring the energy back into balance. Tai chi, actually a form of martial arts, incorporates gentle flowing movements to bring the qi or energy back into balance while increasing flexibility and strength. Biofeedback Biofeedback is a therapy used by both psychologists and physical therapists to help an individual to become aware of certain signals within the body and how to gain control over them. Using a biofeedback machine, the health practitioner will treat sciatica by helping the sufferer to recognize which area of the body is overactive. For instance, if the patient tends to tense up their muscles when experiencing back pain, the biofeedback machine can detect that and the therapist will show the patient ways to relax those muscles. The machine will monitor the patients efforts to control those muscles. Using this method to treat sciatica can help a person gain control over how much pain is experienced. Using Food to treat Sciatica Several well known health and nutrition experts have stated that certain foods can affect inflammation within a persons body. Highly processed foods are believed to contribute to inflammation related diseases while fish oils have been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects. Experts seem to agree that eating a large quantity of low-glycemic fruits and vegetables and moderate amounts of whole grains are beneficial in reducing inflammation, but seem to vary on how much and what sources of protein are ideal. Some believe that only fish and vegetable proteins should be ingested while others include all sources including dairy. Individuals will need to monitor how their bodies respond to certain foods in order to determine the best diet for themselves. Herbal Sciatica Alternative Remedies Herbs have been used for centuries to treat sciatica as well as all sorts of ailments. Many of them have scientific evidence to back them up. Willow bark, for example, contains salicylic acid and was widely used for pain relief. Aspirin, a modern medication, was originally synthesized from willow bark. Ginger and turmeric are two spices that have anti-inflammatory properties. Ginger has long been studied and has found to be effective for long term use. Today, there are many brands of herbs and herbal mixes that claim to reduce pain and aid healing. While many of them are effective, it is a good idea to keep in mind that some of these sciatica alternative remedies can be just as potent as modern medications and should be used with caution. Chiropractic Care Traditional chiropractic therapy, another way to treat sciatica, involves the manual manipulations of the spine called adjustments. These adjustments help to realign the spine and correct any problems resulting from the misalignment. Usually, the adjustment is temporary and an individual may require several more adjustments to permanently correct the problem. Another growing method of sciatica alternative remedies, Network Spinal Analysis, strives to realign the spine in completely different way. Practitioners of this method use gentle touches with varying pressure to release tension within the spine. The belief behind this method is that some conditions have an emotional or mental root that causes the tension and releasing the tension will allow the body to correct itself. Aromatherapy: Understanding the Basics

May 29th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Lisa Barger Aromatherapy is the art of using scent to promote relaxation, influence mood and, according to some, create a healing environment in the body. Aromatherapists diffuse volatile liquid plant materials called “essential oils” into the air, believing that the tiny molecules are absorbed in the nose and carried directly to the hypothalamus of the brain where they perform their healing works. Though any scent–whether natural or synthetic–can promote relaxation, proponents of “true” aromatherapy insist on using only those fragrances taken from freshly harvested botanicals. Practitioners call those fragrant materials “essential oils”, believing that these materials contain the “essence” of the plant. What It Can Do For You Three types of aromatherapy are currently practiced in the U.S.:Esoteric Aromatherapy is the practice of using scent to promote wellbeing primarily through relaxation and is probably the most common form of aromatherapy in practice today. Essential oils are diffused into the air or added to personal care products to create a warm, enveloping ambiance. Personal preference plays a key role in the choice of scents used.Holistic Aromatherapy is similar to esoteric aromatherapy in that essential oils are either diffused into the air or applied topically; the difference lies in the intent of the user. Holistic aromatherapy is practiced with specific healing goals in mind. Unlike esoteric aromatherapy, which deals mainly with personal preference, holistic practitioners choose their oils deliberately. Holistic aromatherapists address both the physical and spiritual aspects of their art and work to blend the two into a single healing exercise.Medical aromatherapy is by far the least practiced of the aroma arts in this country although it’s considerably more common in Europe and Asia. Medical aromatherapy promotes (and even encourages) the ingestion of specific essential oils for a variety of medical conditions, especially infectious diseases. Medical aromatherapists focus on an oil’s “active” properties–those chemical constituents that practitioners believe give the oils their healing powers. Finding a Qualified Practitioner Aromatherapy has never been recognized as a legitimate medical practice in the U.S. and there are no accredited educational programs in existence at this time. The vast majority of aromatherapists practising in the U.S. today have no medical training at all. Before you hire an aromatherapist, ask about his or her educational background. The practitioner you choose should have a solid understanding of natural medicine and a thorough understanding of the botany involved. What The Critics Say Outrageous claims of near-miraculous healings coupled with scant scientific evidence of its efficacy have done much to hurt aromatherapy’s reputation in the U.S. Critics are quick to point out that practitioners often have no formal training at all. Well-publicized schisms within the major aromatherapy associations have further damaged aromatherapy’s image. Confessions from a Former Aromatherapist There was a time when I took aromatherapy quite seriously but absurd healing claims and a lack of a credible science nearly destroyed my faith in the medical use of scented botanicals. Today, I can’t possibly endorse the ingestion of essential oils and I’m definitely skeptical about most of the medical claims being made by other practitioners but I’ll willingly confess to using natural botanical oils every day–especially as air fresheners. Essential oils have none of the “solvent” under-smell of artificial products. Lisa Barger is a traditional naturopath specializing in natural health education. Running from the Fat Monster after Gastric Bypass

May 26th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Kaye Bailey Many patients of gastric bypass report feeling fearful of succeeding at weight loss after a lifetime of failed diet attempts. In most cases, the fear of success subsides as a patient reaches goal weight and becomes comfortable in their new body. About that time the Fat Monster shows up to scare the hell out of patients. I thought the fear of success was scary that is until I met the Fat Monster. The Fat Monster came into my life one night shortly after I achieved my weight loss goal. The Fat Monster terrified me with illusion in the darkness of night he convinced me that the weight loss was just a dream, that by morning the Little Fat Girl would be back. He convinced me that being thin was too good to be true. I was terrified. The Fat Monster scared the hell out of me and I believed his frightening stories. Even on days when my behavior was stellar I followed the four rules I was convinced he could catch me. Many restless nights I woke frequently to run my hands over my body confirming he hadnt caught me that night. I needed to know that I was still thin. Many patients are acquainted with the Fat Monster after years of dieting failure it is common to believe this weight loss is too good to be true. To this day the Fat Monster keeps me honest. Aloud I can say that looking and feeling great is my motivation to follow the rules, to exercise and maintain my weight. But deep down inside Im on a dead run trying to get away from the Fat Monster. I dont ever want to return to being morbidly obese, I hated that life. So when I get on the treadmill I am literally running from the Fat Monster. When I eat my protein and take my supplements Im building my strength to battle the Fat Monster. I am at war with the Fat Monster and I will never surrender; I am winning! Other patients are battling their own Fat Monster. One woman believed the Fat Monster had occupied her bathroom scale she began weighing compulsively around the clock. She had a before work weight, an after work weight, before work-out weight, after work-out weight and on and on. Any fluctuation from normal caused immediate panic and self-loathing. Her husband locked away the scale and she nearly lost her mind! So, they came to a compromise. He would keep the scale - and the Fat Monster - locked away except for the once a week weigh-in. The physical act of locking-up the Fat Monster worked for her. She no longer weighed herself compulsively and her weekly weigh-ins showed she could very successfully maintain a healthy weight without round-the-clock vigilance to the bathroom scale. Patients do best when they identify their own Fat Monster and learn what behaviors good or bad the monster is affecting in your life. Do not surrender control to the Fat Monster but use terror as a source of motivation in your healthy life. Stay Connected With Cell Phones

May 17th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Susan_Jan]Susan Jan Gone are the days when phones were used only for voice communication. Advancement in cell phone technology now allows you to send text messages, take pictures, set reminders for daily chores and pay your bills. With the wide range of features available, choosing the right cell phone can become quite mind-boggling. Currently, Nokia, Motorola and Samsung are the market share leaders for the global cell phone market, and offer a wide selection of cell phones to meet every person’s needs. Cell phone costs range from less than $100 to more than $400, depending on the specifications. Your choice of cell phone should be dictated by the features you would like your cell phone to have. The first thing to consider is the cell phone size. As your cell phone will be carried with you most of the time, a slim and lightweight cell phone is the best choice. Cell phones also come with or without flip covers, and nowadays all cell phones allow text-messaging services. Cell phones come with varying storage capacity for contacts - from as low as 50 to more than 200. If you want to use your cell phone to take pictures, then in-built camera phones of more than one mega pixel should be considered. Multimedia phones also offer short-duration video and voice recording features. These phones also have slots to attach to external devices for additional storage of your favorite pictures, music and videos. Another important thing to consider is the cell phone battery life. Battery life is the hours of talk time the battery supports. Many cell phones normally come with 250 minutes of talk time. Other cell phone accessories include hands-free or speakerphone features. These would allow you to make or answer calls even while both hands are occupied, especially while driving. Cell phones with bluetooth or infrared technology allow the phone to connect wirelessly to your PC without having to invest in an expensive data cable. WAP enabled cell phones allow you to check emails even when you are on the move. It also enables you to use your phone as a modem. Medium-range phones come with in-built radio and MP3 features. Some phones also provide the option of changing cases to match your clothes to the occasion. Cell phone ringtones have become popular nowadays and are a great way to add style to your phone. All phones come with preset ringtones but some phones come with options that allow you to compose ringtones. Many websites provide ringtone download services for free or at nominal charges. Middle Age Weight Gain and How to Avoid It!

May 14th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Debra Betterly Many women in their youth, teens, 20s and even 30s, will have no problem managing their weight or losing excess pounds when they make an effort to do so. Its around middle age when all of a sudden it seems that their old tactics for weight loss or weight management no longer work, and worse, they seem to be gaining weight faster than ever. In my coaching practice, this is when I most often here the phrase, It all feels so out of control!! I have studied healthy weight management for 15 years and have counseled hundreds of women on healthy weight management. One thing I know for sure is in this industry, nothing stays the same and there are a lot of mixed messages. Low fat, low carb, lifestyle change, weight watchers, Jenny Craig, margarine is good for you, margarine is bad for you, fitness is the key, set points, food points, blah, blah, blah. I have followed it all, made my own conclusions that I have determined from my education and experience were the right conclusions, and that have worked for me personally to maintain my weight for 21 years. Then I hit midlife. All of a sudden, my body started expanding! My clothes began to get tight and I went up a size. I was still doing all the same things Ive always done, so what was happening to me? I searched for answers. I part of me started to just accept the weight gain as a natural component of getting older, but another part of me resisted this kind of thinking. There had to be another explanation for why I was gaining weight, other than my changing middle age metabolism. What I found from my search was shocking. All the time, in my 20s 30s and 40s, I followed what I thought was a healthy way of eating according to medical science, the American Heart Association and the the popular medical journals. I ate a diet that consisted of mostly carbs, fruits, vegetables, and grains, about 20-30% of the good fats, and about 20-30% lean proteins. I didnt deprive myself of my favorite foods, I just ate them in moderation. I also had a few bad habits, but felt my good habits out weighed them. I drank caffeinated coffee and had developed the habit of having a glass of wine or two with my dinner every evening. What I learned is that exact diet has done a lot of damage to me physically over all those years of trying to be so good!! Even though it seemed to be working, damage was being done on a cellular level from my over consumption of carbs and stimulants (caffeine and alcohol) and it was only a matter time that this imbalance would make it self known with sudden weight gain and intense menopausal symptoms. So, actually, I can thank menopause for this discovery and the start of reversing the damage! Here are some of the things I learned: 1. Eating a low fat diet can make you fat! Eating dietary fat is essential for the regeneration of healthy tissues, hormone production, a healthy immune system and for maintaining ideal body composition. A low fat diet, when combined with a high carbohydrate intake leads to insulin resistance and accelerated metabolic aging. Fats that you eat do not turn into fat on your body because fat cannot be stored without the presence of insulin because insulin is the key to opening up the doors to store fat in fat cells. No matter how much fat you eat, it does not stimulate the pancreas to secrete insulin! Only too many refined carbs can do that! When you are constantly watching your fat intake, you naturally fill in with foods that contain carbohydrates. When you take in mostly carbs, you have high levels of blood sugar being delivered to your liver. All your liver knows is it needs to protect your brain from getting too much sugar, so when it is done distributing the sugar where it is needed for energy, the rest gets stored as fat. 2. You can eat as much as you want without worrying about weight gain. Your body can and will regulate the amounts of fat and protein you digest, but it cannot regulate the amount of carbs you consume. When you eat too much sugar (all carbs turn into sugar in the body), your body over produces insulin which leads to plaguing of the arteries, heart disease, and in diabetes. 3. Butter is good for you. Ha! Eating saturated fats like butter increases the proportion of HDLs in the bloodstream. This is good because HDLs take cholesterol back to the liver and keep your arteries clean. The cells of the body cannot recognize or metabolize damaged fats. Damaged fats include processed fats, polyunsaturated fats used for cooking, deep fried foods, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils (margarines), and charred fats on meats. 4. Not all carbs are bad, but not all whole grains are good. Sounds confusing, but really its not. Any carbs in excess raises insulin levels. The best carbs to eat are whole grains, legumes, starchy and non-starchy vegetables and fruit. Avoid man-made carbs, including whole wheat processed breads. Fresh baked bread is preferable because it contains no additives, (but not very convenient, so eat whole grain breads from the bakery.) Always eat any carbs along with fat or protein to slow down the digestion of the carbs into sugar and keep the levels of insulin balanced. 5. Balance is the key. This is not a high protein, low carb program. That way of eating causes excessive ketones in the blood. This is extremely dangerous because your body is breaking down healthy tissue and causing imbalances in the body. Fast and healthy are not synonymous when it comes to losing body fat. Losing body fat in a healthy way means your metabolism is working to use your stored fat as energy. To lose body fat, you need to heal your metabolism so it becomes more efficient at using fat for fuel. The fact is you must eat to become healthy and achieve your ideal body composition. And it takes time. Optimum health is not about losing weight. Its about balance and shifting your focus away from numbers on the scale or measuring foods to the things that really matter-improved mood, more energy, a healthier, more efficient metabolism and a lifetime of all the above! Eating a variety of foods, never skipping meals, and eating real foods, is the best way to achieve balance. Eat all the good fats, proteins, non-starchy vegetables your body needs and eat enough whole grain, non-processed carbs according to your current level of activity. More active people need more carbs. Since making an effort to include more real fats, better carbs, and non-processed fresh and organic foods into my diet, I have noticed my energy and moods improve, my weight has stabilized and gone back down some, and I am feeling generally healthier and just better mentally knowing I am healing the damage done from years of eating the wrong healthy foods. May 9th, 2008 by billytheocharakis

By Siripong Oovanit Since earliest history, the perfume has always been a part of human culture. It is used on hair, body with oil, flower, herb extract. It attracts friends to be close to because wearing scent is pleasurable and make other people feeling wonderful. For women type of perfume, you should learn how different type of perfume before you make a decision to buy your perfume. The class and the price are determined by their alcohol content. Eau de toilettes and eau de colognes containing between 3% and 8% fragrance and 92 -97 % is contained with alcohol, water and color. Eau de perfume contains actual perfume oils of 8-15%. You pay more for perfume but you get long last perfume than other scent type around six hours. After considering the type of perfume, the tips you can know when you want to choose the perfume is in below. How to use the perfume and fragrance 1. Choose your perfume with care depending on the occasion. 2. The best way to find your perfume is you should test the perfume on yourself not your friend because the same perfume will be different on two people. What smells good on your friend may not smell as nice on you. Then wait. This time you can go shopping or do something else. Then check the perfumes on your skin. Scents change over time relative to your body chemistry 3. A variety of different fragrance types is less fatiguing to the sense of smell. When perfumes are very different you can try five to six; when they are similar, only two to three. Heavier scents tire your nose more quickly so when sampling always begin with lighter scents. 4. Spray the perfume on the back of your wrists, knees and neck. This way makes the last perfume without fumigating everyone. 5. When spray the perfume you should not rub because rubbing crushes the molecules of fragrance and ruin the scent. 6. Recommended to spray the inner elbows and behind the knees because the fragrance works best just a little bit humid. 7. The storage condition room should be a temperature out of sunlight and away from the bright, cool and dark area. Do not place near heat or light. Extreme heat causes a fragrance to oxidize or change its odor. The ideal for the best condition for storage perfume is room temperature. 8. Spray a damp cloth with fragrance and throw it into the dryer with your clothing to scent them beautifully 9. We do not recommend spraying perfumes directly on clothes because some fabrics may stain. If stains occur, they can usually come out when washed. Always apply your fragrance items before dressing 10. If you want to choose the fragrance for someone it is good rule to buy the classic fragrance. A fragrance that has been on the market for decades is not as risky as new fragrances on the market. The age of the recipient can also influence your choice. If you are purchasing for woman who is your college age, desire, potion, eternal may be appropriate. Lighter floral fragrances are acceptable to almost everyone. Heavier perfumes with oriental notes are more risky. 11. If you notice that the perfume is thick, its color changes drastically and there is a sour smell upon opening, this means the perfume has deteriorated. 12. Increasing body temperature can make the scent and expanding of perfume stronger so it is better to use light perfume for the warm months.
